* Non-maintainer changes
* Completely redid packaging. No more debhelper or other build-depends.
* No longer ship kernel patch, people are instead strongly advised to
use the latest 2.4ac kernel
* No -dev package anymore for now until LVM stabilizes
* Bump standards-version to 3.5.5
* Don't test of update-alternatives exists, it is guaranteed to always
be there
* Remove workaround for broken alternatives for a version that was never
uploaded anyway
* Current default alternative, it's /lib/lvm-iopl now
* Thanks to <wakkerma@debian.org> for most of the changes!
