* removed 008_silly_readlink_usage, as this seems to have been applied
upstream
* added 008_proper_hashbangs which adds #! lines to some of the
scripts. This shuts linitian up a little bit
* fix up debian/scripts/dbs-build.mk, as the unpack and patch target
weren't defined
* fix up vicf, since it used ugly things like /usr/ucb/bin, which
doesn't work too well
* add man pages
