* Upgrade to Standards-Version 3.5.5:
- Evaluate DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS for -g and strip.
* Upgrade to new debhepler (>= 2.1.6)
- Change to DH_COMPAT=2.
- Add some dh_* calls to debian/rules.
- Remove dh_testversion from debian/rules (use versioned Build-Depends
instead).
- Remove dh_suidregister from debian/rules (obsolete).
- Remove nostrip handling from debian/rules which is done by dh_strip
now.
* Build-Depends on libdb2-dev, because we prefer this database library
(Closes: #104947).
