* Ugh! Finally incorporated Joerg Rieger's helpful German template
file. Sorry this took so long. (Closes:Bug#84262)
* I'm closing this bug because it was caused by a mismatch between
the version of Objective Caml and Camlp4. (Closes:Bug#84548)
* I removed the "FR" postfixes, changing to "fr". I believe this
corrects this bug, but please contact me via e-mail if it does
not. (Closes:Bug#95172)
* For fun, added doc-base support.
