   * The build system now extracts version number from the changelog. (dsh
     --version option will not output the correct version information).
   * changed all _exit() calls to exit()
   * Updated manpage dsh.1 to match the reality.
   * handles stderr output for -M option. All output that are sent to
     stderr on the remote machines are displayed on the stderr of the
     local machine.
