* New upstream release
- understands ! and = in msyslog.conf on severities.
- treats %classic | /whatever special to work with FIFOs, closes: #80597,
#80604.
- all dynamic modules are now put into one single .so, but they dlopen()
the other libraries they need, thus I can now put om_pgsql and om_mysql
into the msyslog package without dependencies on the respective client
libraries (only Suggests:).
* init script is linked as S10 and K90 again.
* remove all the library and include file paths from ./configure invocation.
* removed Build-Dep on libmysqlclient10-dev, postgresql-dev and autoconf
* no more build and Suggest msyslog-om-mysql and msyslog-om-pgsql, they are
included in the single msyslog package now.
* moved modules to /lib/alat/ (wanted to do that in 1.01-18)
* reenabled /dev/xconsole in msyslog.conf.
* removed Build-Dep on libz, no idea why it was there in the first place.
