msyslog (1:1.01-18) unstable; urgency=low
.
* Now mentioning Core-SDI and ALAT in the description with theyer permission
to make it more obvious why modules will be installed under /usr/lib/alat/
starting with the next release.
* Overhauled read-syslog to support all the new features of the next msyslog
release:
- Now understands ! and = in severities. This required to finally change
the completely braindead semantics I used for severites, eg if
read-syslog says 'auth.info file /var/log/auth.log' this does no more
mean that auth.err is logged there as well. I did not have to change any
of my scripts that use read-syslog, and hope that most others won't be
affected by it as well.
- accepts | before files.
- added \s\/dev\/ to $rotate_taboo.
