   * In sendpack() don't allocate packet header for empty packets.

   * In event.c added missing #include <time.h>, needed on Debian/sparc.

   * Called home_file() in many places where config pathnames are used.

   * In home_file() handle also filenames starting with ~/.

   * In sscrn() turned on username display by default.

   * Moved all config files in ~/.nap/ as in previous Debian version.

   * In userguide.html added information about the Debian package.

   * Added sample nap-session script and nap.conf.
