Changes:
 sendmail (8.11.3+8.12.0.Beta7-3) unstable; urgency=high
 .
   * The 'Mammoth/Roppel Cave beckons' release - defered the queue aging
     support so this can get out and fix some bugs.
 .
   * ==> MTA/MSP split <<==
     With cron support working, the first pass of a major security
     enhancement can now go in...
       * /usr/sbin/sendmail is now SGID, not SUID
       * MTA queues are 0700 mail:mail, daemon uid=root
       * MSP queue is 0660 mail:mail, cron queue runner uid=mail
       * LDA still called w/uid=root
       * .forward followed uid=user
       * tighten up permissions checks somewhat (remove crap from
         dontblamesendmail).
 .
     Things to consider (opinions appreciated)
       * commands like mailq, hoststat, runq, etc. need to support both
         the MTA and MSP queues... I've corrected runq since its a script
         but haven't done anything with the others yet... /etc/init.d/sendmail
         now has a mailq and runq command that does the expected on both queues.
 .
   * /etc/default/sendmail and /etc/cron.d/sendmail are no longer conffiles,
     and /etc/default/sendmail is now /etc/mail/sendmail.conf.
     they are now managed by /usr/share/sendmail/update_default - the crontab
     is automagically generated from /etc/default/sendmail.
 .
   * build configuration is more friendly, noting the missing pieces and
     forcing some items to be used (but still allowing one to elide nis+,
     ldap, hesiod, ipv6, sasl, tls)
 .
   * Correct a offbyone error in parse_mc that mishandled fully specified
     FEATUREs (thanks to Ryan White for notifying me).
 .
   * Most of these files were hit by *all the above*
     debian/cf/cf/submit.mc -> /etc/mail/submit.mc
     debian/sendmail.init.d -> /etc/init.d/sendmail
     debian/local/update_default -> /usr/share/sendmail/update_default
            -> /etc/cron.d/sendmail
            -> /etc/mail/sendmail.conf
     contrib/qtool.pl -> /usr/share/sendmail/qtool.pl
 .
   * Close some bugs relating to potato.woody 8.9.3 version
     DB2 problem with 8.9.3     closes: #94206, #94103
     need 8.10.0+ for spam closes: #77082
     problems with dialup mc closes: #81542, #81541
     procmail suid bit lossage closes: #79580, #81544
 .
   * sendmail.cf is *not* a conffile   closes: #93242
