* The 'ship it and go underground' release - I'm dire need of some
caving, so I'm shipping as is for feedback (yeah, right) on the
cron support.

Simply edit /etc/default/sendmail to enable queue_mode cron, and
update /etc/cron.d/sendmail to enable & update interval (this will
eventually be automated)

* extend build setup to support 8.12,8.11,8.10 (just a few things left)
and cleanup local directory a bit
* back to queue sort order=priority (the sendmail default), otherwise
small messages can be delayed in favour of larger mails.
* manage DBS vars TAR_DIR, PATCH_DIR in debian/rules
