* New maintainer.
* Remove CVS cruft from the diff.
* Remove cruft from debian/rules, as 'make install' now does something a
bit more useful.
* New naming scheme for acoustic model (and language model) files.
Acoustic models are named sphinx2-hmm-<name>, language models are
sphinx2-lm-<name>. That said, I haven't split out the "turtle"
language model because it is just too trivial to bother with.
* Add patch from CVS to fix mixer level setting on some OSS drivers.
