* debian/control (Maintainer): set to me; Chris' old email address is
bouncing and it's been almost 3 years.
* debian/rules: lots of minor changes; non-POSIX {,} expressions
removed, etc.
* debian/copyright: update upstream URL, maintainer email, dates.
