* Oops, monshow needs to untaint its args.
* Have monshow croak given invalid args, or if a CGI object can't be
created.
* Suggest for libauthen-pam-perl, libsnmp-perl (closes: #31149).
* http.monitor counts a status of 301 as success.
* reboot.monitor uses $MON_STATEDIR as default state directory, and
"reboot.monitor" (not "state") as default state file.
