* Initial Release.
* Some files had to be patched because of incorrect GNU C #ifs.
* Patched the makefile to find the Tcl headers where Debian keep
them. And this package fails to build without Tcl...
* Needed to rebuild configure (run aclocal and autoconf) because
of some AC_EXEEXT and libtool problems.
* The Python binding wouldn't build because of invalid C++ code,
and I didn't include the Tcl binding either, since the supplied
RedHat .spec file had apparently deliberately commented that out,
and I don't know or care enough about Tcl to know why...
