* Changed location of the keepers file from /etc/apt/keepers to
/var/lib/debfoster/keepers (Closes: #85630, #85649).
* Have the postinst ask if the user wants to move the keepers file
to its new location; postrm also recognizes the new location.
* Fixed grammatical error in manpage (Closes: #85631).
* Fixed spelling error in the package description.
