* Remove postfix-tls from Depends line, because it is only an addon to
postfix but no replacement.
* Conflict with sendmail <<8.12.3-1, which uses a different path for
bsmtp.m4 and remove backward compatibility link.
* Build-depend on debhelper 3 and use DH_COMPAT=3:
- remove debian/conffiles
- update debian/rules (use dh_installman instead of dh_installmanpages)
* Upgrade to Standards-Version 3.5.8:
- remove support for DEB_BUILD_OPTION "debug"
- add support for DEB_BUILD_OPTION "noopt"
* Add new option -k to bsmtp(8) and sbsmtp(8) which stops creating
backup files of outgoing batches. Thanks to Fabien SEISEN
<fabien@seisen.org> for providing this idea and a patch
(Closes: #160018).
* Add code to decompress bzip2 batches. Thanks to Mark Brown
<broonie@sirena.org.uk> for providing a patch (Closes: #174488).
* Add code to compress batches using bzip2.
