   * Work around memory leak in DBD::Pg.  The fix is a little dodgy but
     works in my testing.  This closes the last memory leak I know of.
     (Closes: #34947, #41946, #56557, #158777).
   * Remove a few more files in debian/rules clean.
   * Remove unnecessary dh_testversion call.
