Changes:
 libming (0.2a.cvs20020905-2) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * note on libpng3: only the libming-util package uses libpng...
(that is the png2dbl utility) - of course this is indepenant of
php4 (which uses libpng3 now anyway...)
   * php4-ming doesn't link against libming, thus removing the dependency.
Neither does libswf-perl. The python extensions do.
(that is why you should let dh-shlibs do that for you ;)
   * added a shlibs file. (Closes: #160137)
Sorry for the strict dependency there, but libming keeps on changing
interfaces every now an then... so even the ming-included extensions
break... I recommend linking *statically* to libming for now.
Furthermore libming didn't have a SONAME until now. I just added
     the SONAME libming.so.0...
   * reworked library building, i hope i got -fPIC right (Closes: #160531)
if not, please reopen that bug, thanks.
   * fixed linking paths to fix circular build dependency (Closes: #160440)
raw2adpcm was added to utils, which links to libming.
   * prevent the perl extension from building ming on clean, when perl
     was upgraded in the meantime...
