* Patch prestimel so that it now uses C++ library of libMagick instead
of C library, which had some inherent backward compatibility issues:
some of its internal data had to be set without any accessor, that
caused a lot of bugs. Definitively fix bugs like #146923 or #144056.

* Fix prestimel mishandling of comments in <grid>. (Closes: #147805)
