* changed binary names: vs->ivesview es->ivesedit. Closes: #139531
* moved /usr/bin/xnc.bin to /usr/lib/xnc/xnc because changed name made
-plugin switch not working
* make xnc wrapper using -plugin five if no options specified
* completed copyright and license list for the package (10 different
licences are used)
* (hopefully) fixed build issue on hppa (problem was in ./configure.in)
* turned off registration of ives's main window - now it doesn't show
when "idle" and only preloaded by xnc; windows with images are normally
registered and shown though
