Changes:
 qt-x11 (2:2.3.1-14) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * Build-Depends on binutils-dev (>=  2.11.92.0.5-3) since it uses
     -z combreloc which drastically speeds up loading of intensive g++
     code. Eventually we'll also need the new code for glibc and the
     new prelinker which will increase speed even more..but for now we'll
     live with this.
   * Update standards version
   * Build-dep on latest libmng while we are at it...might as well use
     the latest so called bug free version.
   * Remove bs overrides. If lintian wants to complain about something
     that debhelper is doing let debhelper fight with lintian...let's not
     waste package space overriding what lintian is saying.
   * -13 is an unlucky number as well..pretty scary that it was uploaded
     on September 13th as well...probably why it hasn't gone into testing
     yet.  :)
   * Ok...so that's not the reason...but I can be drunk and still post
     stupid changelog messages as long as the stupid package compiles and
     works the way it is expected to.
   * Ok..maybe not as it is expected to..but close enough for non-government
     work...or even volunteer work.
