* Made devfsd use POSIX Extended Regular Expressions such as ^(ide|scsi)
and changed the default config to take advantage of them.

* Made /dev/urandom and /dev/random mode 644 in default config.

* Fix the sym-links for halt problem. Should have done it in 1.3.11-1.
