* Remove build-depends on libc6-dev, as per bug 109169, so
build will succeed on alpha and ia64, where libc6-dev is
called libc6.1-dev: both are aparently build-essential.
(Closes #109169).
* Left urgency medium since this package was released to testers
on the Debian-apache mailing list before I was going to upload,
and then I found this bug. i.e., urgency is a carry over from
1.2.0-1.1, which was not uploaded.
