Closes: 11945 14852 18655 30498 46197
Changes:
 mserver (0.23a-1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream version.
   * Package is orphaned; maintainer set to Debian QA Group.
   * Converted to debhelper.
   * Conforms to Standards version 3.5.2:
     * debian/init: Support `restart' and `force-reload'.  Use the
       standard message format.  Closes: #18655.
     * debian/rules: Support the `debug' build option.
     * debian/copyright: Refer to /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL.
   * Fixed capitalization style in description. Closes: #11945. (Typos
     were probably fixed in 0.21-2.)
   * debian/copyright: Added author's e-mail stating that the package is
     GPL-ed.  Closes: #14852.
   * tcpconn.c: More robust option parsing. Fixes first half of #24660.
   * mserver.c, tcpconn.c: Handle unresolved hosts. (Thanks to Miro
     Bobovsky for the patch.) Closes: #30498.
   * mserver.c: Enable SO_REUSEADDR to facilitate restarting. (Thanks to
     Behan Webster for the preliminary patch; rest of his changes have
     been implemented upstream.)  Closes: #46197.
   * mserver.c: Be careful with uninitialized values. Open the modem
     with O_NONBLOCK to avoid waiting until it reports carrier detection.
   * debian/tcpconn.1: Documented the new `-e' option.
   * debian/mserver.8, debian/tcpconn.1: whatis(1) wants a NAME section.
