* Add Build-Depends. Closes: Bug#81779
* Refuse to upgrade if we are running on a machine with a pre-2.2.0
kernel with loadable kernel module support enabled. This to prevent
people from accidentily breaking their machine since modutils no
longer supports those kernels.
