* New upstream release.
* My Makefile.am patch was incorporated upstream.
* Removed the code to create /etc/orbitrc in postinst, as those settings
are now the default. No need to clean up, as it is harmless to have
the file there, and users can edit or remove at their own whim.
* Switched to debhelper v3 for cleaner setup. Made some other minor
source-package changes to go along with this.
* Did a little more cleanup of debian/rules.
* Updated ({README,TODO}.debian).
