Adding a game to the Wiki

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to add a new game to the Wiki?

I tried to follow this;
https://wiki.debian.org/DebianWiki/EditorGuide#Creating_a_page

but I am stuck on

"Once on the portal page, click on the Edit link and add the name of the new page you want to create (with "link" formatting) to the existing list of page links"

Looking at the raw text for, or attempting an edit on the above Wiki page there is no "existing list of page links".

For example, "Freeciv", is clearly visible on the page, and therefore the page html source,
but does not appear on the moin raw text (via the "More Actions:" box).
