Extremetuxracer 0.7.1

Hi all,

I have just uploaded extremetuxracer 0.7.1 to unstable. This version
brings some notable changes:

* It includes all extra courses from src:tuxracer-extras now.
* Many changes under the hood most notably:
  - Improved sound system
  - SFML instead of SDL 1
  - More polished GUI
  - New characters: Trixi, Samuel, Boris, Beastie
  - New character avatars

src:tuxracer-extras is now obsolete because the old extra courses only
work with version 0.4. I intend to request the removal of this source
package in a few days.
