Removal of src:lugaru-data

Hi,

do we still need src:lugaru-data [1]? It only builds a transitional
dummy package and I'm quite sure it was superseded by openlugaru-data a
while ago. If nobody has any objections, I'll go ahead and request the
removal of this source package.
