Mark and Tom, this is the todo list for getting 3.9.1 in Debian:

Fix possible LGPL violation upstream.

Copyright file needs rewriting, it isn't accurate any more.

Fix any lintian warnings that cropped up in the past month.

Review the changes since sid.
