Do these laws actually apply to comic-style illustrations?

(Note: I have no idea what Unteralterbach shows besides what people
wrote here earlier.)

To me this seems to be pretty much the same argument brought against
"killer games": people might not be able to keep fantasy and reality
separate and start running around shooting people. And I don't believe
in the argument against "killer games"...
