I have no strong preference here and with "based on the given feedback" I was referring to Paul's reply when he suggested that a meeting during DebConf would be a good general time for it. I think let's wait for the outcome of our poll. We should stick to the clear winner and if there isn't any, i see no issue with having a face-to-face meeting and an IRC conference at the same time.
