There was an ITP for speed-dreams in 2010 that has since been changed
to an RFP due to inactivity [0].

If you're interested in packaging speed-dreams the following two urls
are a good place to start [1][2].

You might wish to see if someone in the speed-dreams community is
interested in working on the packaging.

Thanks for the links. I'll look at them and maybe I finally learn how to package.
