Timezone and GeoIP support would be an excellent thing to add to Dudle.

That said I'm not sure that it solves the issue, people will still
need to convert the time in any announcement to their local timezone.
I guess we could link to the Dudle decision for the time though, or
maybe timeanddate.com.
