The Linux-only compilation distributed by Macmillan Computer Publishing
(main game and both mission packs) has its content packaged as .rpm
files.  A statically built rpm2cpio was included for installation on
systems without rpm.

I can supply patches for handling these within game-data-packager, if
support for the LHA archives is committed.
