Hi, Debian received a French translation for hexahop: http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-games-devel/2010-April/015292.html It would be great if you could integrate it for the next release. Unfortunately we aren't able to include hexahop 1.1.0 in Debian because some of the samples are under a non-free license (CC NC & Sampling): http://bugs.debian.org/567911 It would be nice you could remove those files from the next release or split them out into a hex-a-hop-nonfree tarball. In addition: You seem to have missed adding 1.1.0 to the ChangeLog. I'd also suggest renaming ChangeLog to NEWS since the contents fit more with what is supposed to be in a NEWS file: http://www.gnu.org/prep/standards/standards.html#NEWS-File http://www.gnu.org/prep/standards/standards.html#Change-Logs You include an old copy of the Liberation Serif font. It would be better to just use the ones installed on the system. Could you please include a PNG copy of the icon? You might want to use the SDL_WM_SetIcon function to set the window icon. What is the "source code" (preferred form for modification) of the data/*.dat files? You might want to rename dat2bmp and bmp2dat to something less generic. You might want to include any patches or fix any bugs in these distros: http://cvsweb.se.netbsd.org/cgi-bin/bsdweb.cgi/pkgsrc/games/hex-a-hop/patches/ http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/games/hex-a-hop/files/ https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/hex-a-hop http://bugs.debian.org/src:hex-a-hop I found these by running whohas hex-a-hop. If you are interested in joining the Debian Games Team to help maintain the Debian package of hex-a-hop, that would be nice. Please enable the bug tracker on sf.net. -- bye, pabs http://wiki.debian.org/PaulWise
