Q: How to contribute Xmrirs 4.0.5 debianized package?

Hello all,

I just debianized Xmris 4.0.5 on Debian sid. Xmris is currently listed
in wiki.debian.org/Games/Suggested .

And xmris is worked fine in my environment,I think. Then I have few questions,

 [Q1] What should I do next  to contribute to Debian?

       My current status is as follow,

        [1] I already have checked my package using lintian,pbuild,
and also check to install and uninstall
             in my debian box.
        [2] I haven't asked for  up-streams to permit to contribute to
debian package yet.
        [3] I'm totally newbie to contribute to debian.
        [4] I already read debian-policy manual,new
maintener-guide,and  debian developper's reference.

[Q2] Should I write my full name  ,instead of my nickname, on files
under debian/ directory?
        I'm just afraid of appearing my full name to Internet.
