Yep, of course I can package it... technocally at least, of course I
cannot distribute it without a proper license for all its components,
and I could not upload it to Debian if the license was not free. I'm
open to solve whatever doubts you might have about this.
I'll probably have quite a busy week, but I'll try to make a package for it.

In Debian we use the DFSG (Debian Free Software Guidelines) to decide
whather a license is free or not.
