This is not a problem of RAM or Qt 4.4, but a problem with gcc-4.3. It
segfaults when using -funroll-loops. The problem has been fixed on
armel in gcc 4.3.0-4, but strangely not arm. The problem is under
investigation.

I have requeued the package on armel, I'll do the same on arm when the
problem is fixed.
