FBZX emulator now 100% GPL

Hi!

I don't remember if i suggested here before the FBZX, a ZX-Spectrum emulator.

I know in the repository there is a Spectemu, but FBZX is much better
featured, like having 128k-like models support, when Spectemu hasn't.

Up to version 1.9, it has a licensing problem related to the z80
emulator being a Marat Fayzullin code, but now on 2.0 version, it were
completelly replaced with one 100% GPL.
