Which Java combination do you use? With java-gcj and the latest classpath and classpath-gtkpeer packages the installer kind of works but produces all sorts of drawing errors. With kaffe it doesn't even start for me.
I did not even tried any Java combination but I expect sun-java to work
which would enable FreeCol at least in contrib.
