It seems to me that LowThresholdNmu is a solution specifically aimed at a common problem with packages that have only a single maintainer, and therefore doesn't really apply to us. I'm on the list because I don't want to be a bottleneck. But do we really have an NMU upload bottleneck within our group? If it turns out we do, then we can revisit the issue. Ben
