Yes, we cannot distribute it unless we're able to replace that part with a
free equivalent library.
If that binary library was redistibutable, depending on the license it might
be possible to package it in non-free but I don't think it's worth the effort.
I'm much for the 1st idea if it was possible. Is it veri tightly tied to it?
BTW, I've sent the message also to debian-devel-games@lists.debian.org , which
is the list currently used for discussion, instead of
pkg-games-devel@lists.alioth.debian.org , which was a general purpose list but
will now be dedicated to things like BTS messages and so.
I'll try to have a look at the game if I have time :)
