Package priority: Optional ou Extra ?

Bonsoir,

Je me demande si mon paquet pcsc-tools doit avoir la priorité optional
ou extra. Dans mon dernier upload j'ai changé pour passer en extra et
j'ai reçu :

  There are disparities between your recently accepted upload and the
  override file for the following file(s):

  pcsc-tools_1.0.4-2_i386.deb: priority is overridden from extra to
  optional.

D'après [1] :
 * Optional packages include all those that you might reasonably want
   to install if you did not know what it was, or do not have specialized
   requirements.

   This includes X11, a full TeX distribution, and lots of applications.

 * Extra: packages that either conflict with others with higher
   priorities, are only likely to be useful if you already know what
   they are, or have specialized requirements that make them unsuitable
   for "Optional".

Mon paquet pcsc-tools permet de manipuler des cartes à puces en envoyant
des commandes avec des programems en interface texte ou graphique. Je le
rangerait plutôt dans la catégorie « only likely to be useful if you
already know what they are ». Le paquet ne sert à rien sur la machine de
monsieur tout le monde.

Mais j'ai aussi fais :
$ cd /var/lib/apt/lists
$ grep '^Priority: extra' ftp.fr.debian.org_debian_dists_sid_main_binary-i386_Packages | wc -l
   1531
$ grep '^Priority: optional' ftp.fr.debian.org_debian_dists_sid_main_binary-i386_Packages | wc -l
   7077

Il semble qu'il y ait beaucoup plus d'optional que d'extra.

Est-ce que la Priority: est un champ important qui vaut la peine que
j'embête ftpmaster@d.o pour changer l'override ?
