watchupstream - Look for newer upstream releases
Changes:
watchupstream (0.7) unstable; urgency=low
.
* Use "localrepo" instead of hostname to trigger special behavior.
* Added "create_cpan_watchfile_permalink" and use it with --try.
* Escape the plus (+) character in create_download{page|dir}_watchfile.
* Replaced daily loading by checking the timestamp of /var/lib/apt/lists.
* Use $fileexts also in create_downloadpage_watchfile.
* No longer load info from GNU, Savannah, GNOME, KDE, CPAN and sf.net.
* Tuned the "--try="-patterns for sf.net.
* Updated --input option to work with packages not (yet) in Debian.
