   * debian/control: Changed libgnet2.0-dev Build-Dep to libgnet-dev as
     libgnet-dev no longer Provides: libgnet2.0-dev. (Closes: #475217)
   * debian/init.d: Updated to make a pidfile on starting. This fixes
     /etc/init.d/odccm status. Thanks to Guillaume Desclaux for notifying me
     of this and providing a patch, although a different solution was used.
   * debian/postinst:
     + Added "update-rc.d -f odccm remove" so that upgrades will also symlink
       the init script to the right place. (Closes: #466908)
     + Added "#DEBHELPER#" token.
   * debian/rules:
     + Moved to plain debhelper.
     + Changed order of odccm init start to "26" to be more like NM because the
       two daemons are alike with when they should be started.
     + Changed order of odccm init stop to "14" to be before hald stops.
