* Use quilt for patch management.
* debian/patches/:
- Added 001_fix_gcc4.3_errors.patch to fix a FTBFS with GCC 4.3 (due to
the usage of removed pre-ISO C++ headers). (closes: #461720)
- Moved the diff of dxftpov/dxftopov.cpp in the previous .diff.gz to the
patch 002_add_newline_to_usage.patch.
* debian/rules: Removed commented and therefore useless debhelper commands.
* Bumped Standards-Version from 3.7.2 to 3.7.3, no changes required.
* Bumped debhelper compat level from V4 to V6 since this is the current
recommended level and raised the build dependency to "debhelper (>= 6)".
