     - Bump policy to 3.7.3.0 - no changes needed.
     - Remove version from debhelper Build-Depends.
     - Add Doxygen to Build-Depends.
   * debian/preinst:
     - Handle upstream's removal of /etc/fish/fish_inputrc
   * Added patches:
     - Fix various spelling errors in documentation.
   * debian/rules:
     - Remove inclusion of simply-patchsys.mk.
     - Remove dead code to figure out the upstream version.
