* Simplify build process with cdbs
* Update to standards-version 3.7.2.2.
* Remove Conflicts: on pop3-server virtual package for hotway, and
just do a 'best effort' to configure things ok for inetd. In the
presence of another pop3-server, the user will just have to do
her own inetd.conf configuration (notes included in README.Debian).
(Closes: Bug#235611, "there is no need to conflict with other POP3
servers")
