   * Updated slugimage to CVS version 1.65:
     - don't require a RedBoot and SysConf partition (simply make it empty, the
       upgrade won't touch it anyway) or a Trailer.
     - Abort much earlier if there's no output file and --pack is specified
     - remove tmp files also in case of errors
     - Only put in an empty RedBoot/Sysconf or a specified Trailer when the
       default files (RedBoot, SysConf, Trailer) don't exist -- otherwise we're
       modifying expected behaviour of this script.
     - Abort if no input file is given with --unpack
   * Updated slugos-init to monotone r58, which requires the led support from
     kernel 2.6.17 to drive leds. (Untested since that kernel isn't in Debian
     yet though.)
   * Updated leds man page to document new syntax of the rewritten program.
   * Comment out rcS sourcing in leds program, since it's not appropriate to
     Debian, and add a hack to avoid needing to install the functions file for
     leds to work.
